Just completed our biggest harvest….yet!

We had quite a few basil plants to process. Luckily Alexes, Brandon, and Luisa were there. We had to say goodbye to Dr. Victor Fernandez Cabanás at the end of September, as he had to return home to Seville. I’m not suggesting that he somehow managed to leave “us” with all the work….but it certainly was convenient for him. Luckily we have a ton of data that we were able to send his way. Stay tuned for the results. They should be fascinating.
